I have been doing a lot of driving in Victoria and SA over the past six weeks.
Many mornings the fog has been so bad that I've had to reduce speed to around 70/80 kph on the open road.
I've noticed by wearing a pair of "amber" Cycling Glasses I have a clearer view of the road ahead.
Just curious to know if anyone has had a similar experience ?

Give me amber glasses for a better view in dull, rainy and foggy weather any day! They brighten and clarify the scene for me too.

I have normal glasses and prescription sunglasses,

but for night time I have clip on yellow polarized clip on's.

They work well in day rain conditions.

What amazes me is that the idiots that drive on crystal clear nights with their foglights illegally on, seem to forget that the real purpose is for use in fog & don't bother to use them in foggy conditions.

Or what's even better is seeing a police car without any lights on at all in heavy fog!
