Hi all. here I am LOST again LOL
Can some one provide the GPS coordination for the Ferry Crossing.
I cant find it on any of the maps I have. I am not even 100% sure where the Coober crossing is.
Thank you
Wayne B

Thank you for that.
I have been looking for it west of
Birdsville.
So It should have no effect on my planned trip across the Simpson using the French Line.
Looks like the French line will be open however I will
check with the locals as the time gets closer.
Thanks again

Hi Wayne
I am slow off of the mark tonight with ferry questions. Here is a screen dump from Ozi from last years trip to the Cooper Ferry site. If the image is too small for the details to show, here is the waypoint details for the southern side crossing point at: S28 34 54.3360 and E138 48 53.748
Here is the screen dump

I hope this helps you out.
Cheers

Hi Guys
Just for fun..
Another screen dump from Ozi using Microsoft Virtual Earth Satellite image.

You can see the "ferry" - no idea of the date the image is from. Cant see it using GE.
Cheers
Greg
