Has anyone driven the roads between
Moree and
Adelaide? (I am going via
Walgett to
Bourke, then down to
Cobar and then across to
Broken hill via
Wilcannia). I will be making the trip in a 2002 TJ Magna (FWD, not AWD).
Cheers.

Road trains are doing it every day, roads get better over the border.

Few pot holes from flooding, but nothing serious, nor that a mini minor couldn't handle.
That's the bitumen between
Moree to Narrabri to
Walgett to
Bourke- to
Nyngan then onto
Cobar. Good roads.
Different story if you are taking "short cut" back roads, dirt roads are all dry but can have pot holes or ruts which @ 90k+ km/kr you typically don't see until too late.
