Waste of an 80 series

My condolences to the owner of an 80 series landcruiser, that was dumpded and torched near my wifes work on the southern highlands. Obviously they loved thier cruiser, as it had quite a few accesories fitted.
Apparently it was stolen from the Shoalhaven area and used in a number of ram raids.

I've noticed on the telly of late a lot more big 4wd's are being used as battering rams in robberies and such things. The they have another vehicle to high tail out with. Watch as our insurance goes up because of it. ;)
Yes, it's a sad day when you see an 80 that's been torched or destroyed.
Funny, some reckon my old girl isn't worth what I have it insured for, It's all the fruit and add-ons that are worth a fair chunk of that.
It sure does pay to be fully insured.
While on insurance, please make sure your gear is insured and it is locked. On another travel
forum, in the past fortnight there has been a few Camper trailers stolen, not your cheap ones either, top of the range gear.
