exact location of build plate on 100 LC

the build label has been removed (from centre pillar i think) when the car had a minor dingle ...son was driving and was not insured:((((.

I now have the new label and need to know where the exact location...the crash repairer cant remember and neither can I.

any one got a picture handy ?

Plenty of people here own L/Cruisers, me included. I am sure you will get the answer here, mine is under the bonnet, just above the brake fluid reservoir.

Havent got mine any more which is why I said the above but the Vin plate had it on it I think which is where you say it is and only tyres on B pillar

Centre pillar on mine only has wheel and tyre placcards.

this is a self sticking black coloured decal....definitely goes on the centre pillar...one dealer gave me real crappy low price for trade-in as it wasnt there...dealer called it a "build" label...the other dealer hasnt noticed that its missing...but as I have now got the new decal I want to put it on before i get the new one next week

its a 2006 TD so maybe they didnt have them on the earlier ones?

Mine is a standard wagon also, could be different placement too.

Hi No1,

Mine is on the centre pillar, passengers side, with the top about 20mm below the stiker plate for the door. It is positioned so that the top of the letters are closest to the interior.
Mine is also 2006 TD.
