Has anyone got recent info on this road. Know the Duncan is fine except last 25 kms into
Halls Creek. Does Top Springs still have pub/
camp ground?
Leaving
Darwin in a week or so & heading
home into WA. Off road camper.

Top Springs all good. Food and fuel.
Or
trundle up to Kalkaringi and stay there at the
camp ground. It's clean with good grassed area then its a smidge over 400ks of dirt to
Halls Creek. Fuels available at Kal but not Sat. arvo or Sunday. The last 60km into
Halls Creek is slow going but a large tour bus went from Halls to Kal no problem.
There's a
camp spot on the left about 60km from HC that's not to bad either. Trying to remember, Saw Pit, Saw Tooth something Saw
Gorge me thinks.
Have a good trip. Saw the
grader head out that way last week.
