Can anyone give me a performance report on the TOPO PSC-12-25 DC-DC charger.

I haven't used the Topo charger, I use Ctek Chargers. Ctek are widely considered the best product on the market, they are also spark free which I consider important for safety reasons and for maintenance, not blowing fuses etc. I have 4 different Ctek 25 Amp chargers working in 3 enviroments and they are faultless.

This is a case of the price is right but is the product right for your battery. Has no auto detect for battery type and no temperature compensation. Dont particularly like modern equipment that is not using auto detect type chip set or equipment with manual settings for charging batteries. The manufacturers website and the eBay website have conflicting information. Knowing who the manufacturer is, I doubt I would buy the product and trust my batteries to the unit.
