I have been using a BU-353 for over a year with my laptop and find it works very
well and has fast acquisition time. My only complaint is that my laptop uses Vista and while there are Vista drivers for the 353 they are not easy to work with and I have had much heartache with Com port conflicts with my Palm Pilot hotsync.
