Just received this item. Stated size conversion is wrong. The 46-48 is too big even for my son who has size 13.5 men's Aussie size. The soles feel like a piece of cardboard covered in vinyl and to fit properly you'd need cankles (or a large tumours) on your heels. I'd rather spend $120 on a decent pair of Uggies that $40 on these.
