cruise command ca230 user manual please

Hi Guys, does anyone out there have a user / install manual for a cruise command CA230 cruise control. I bought a landcruiser ute with one fitted but it's not working and I donr have a manual to trace the problem. I have checked the obvious things, power supply, all wires are connected, the magnet & sensor are inplace etc.

I did a google search before I posted on here. I did not find any reference to a manual only an old post ( 2002) on exploroz.
