Hi there, we have a Coromal Silhoette caravan/campervan. Last night when we got to
our campsite one site of our van refused to wind up. We have had no problems so far at all - in fact the van has been briliant, but we had to go to paid accommodation last night as we couldn't get into our beds.
Of course our manual with all help numbers etc is in the caravan and we can't access it. (!!).
We can call the
Perth number later this morning and there are dealers in
Darwin - that is our closest capital city, so we can call them too, but I want to know if there is anyone I can call in the meantime.
Any ideas?

Where are you now Lizzy? I saw similar happen to someone when in
Alice Springs, and it was taken to the caravan repairman in the
Heritage CP. He was working on it when we left, and he had it up as he was inside working on it. That fix it man is no longer there, but someone will be - if you are in the vicinity. Sure hope you get it fixed quick so you can get back into you
home and avoid the cost of outside accommodation. Otherwise, and good caravan repair
shop should be able to help.
