I have a 2003 Hilux (IFS) I fitted a "Lokka" in the front and a Detroit "Soft Loka" in the rear.
Mine was done in 2007. I have had no issues and they work beyond expectation.
Like anything mechanical they need to be installed by somebody who is good at what they do and has done them before to get the best from them. To clarify! I would dare say most people with the time could do it themselves, but to get them quiet and not clunky take some prowess

Put a lokrite in the front diff of the Patrol over 200,000 ago and so far no problems.
I also changed back to manual hubs as well so that I could reverse the van into tight spots very slowly.

I used to have a handle on life, but it broke.

Cheers Dodg.
