Jane,

Have got workshop manuals, and automotive books from Pitstop bookshop, in Perth. Good, prompt service, and a big variety of books, DVD's & manuals.

No affliation etc.

Can't remember most of it.

The VDJ 70 series manual is only available on CD from a toyota dealership. Most dealership from reading forums deny it exist but when you quote the part number they seem to be able to find it then.

Part number SC0582EB

I think the B on the end refers to the edition and there may be a C version by now.

The price varies from $145 up to $180 depending on the dealership.

It is hard to navigate but the information is there.

The CD requires you to have a windows computer and run Internet Explorer to use the CD. Some people say there is a serial number involved but mine did not have a serial number to input.

Cheers

Serendipity

Thanks, I will follow this up, would rather a book but a CD is better than not having one at all.
