Hi All, struggling with the stereo head unit in my rx navara. I have the supposed correct code from my local nissan dealer but it wont accept the code. Is the code a standard number? or one of three numbers, reason I ask is my code is or should be 8642, any ideas?????

Try last 4 digits of VIN number.

When I bought my Prado the owner had lost the radio PIN code, so rather than be paranoid about flat or disconnected batteries, I got my local dealer to program the radio so that it needs no code. From memory, I think it only cost about $25.00.
