Hi, I am seeking some ideas, I have an opportunity to purchase a 1975 Arkana Landcruiser petrol, apparently it was setup for Dept of Health many years ago.
Is there any knowledge out there of these vehicles, if not at thoughts on parts etc. for a petrol FJ45 cruiser ?

It would have the 2f 4.2l petrol motor. Tough motor but thirtsy as hell. My old SWB(a lot lighter then the above vehicle) use to do 12mpg around town and 16 mpg on the open road. Most likely it would be easy to update to a 3f.
Cheers Pete

I have an '88 Arkana. Was 2H now has a 1HZ motor and gearbox.
Surprised there was a petrol version.
Love it.... currently pouring money into the bottomless pit to get it back on road.
How much rust??
