We had the opportunity to call into Tjukayirla Roadhouse on our way across to the west coast early last week.

What a terrific place Al and Serena have got running there, it was nice to stay there. We even stayed for an extra night as it was just a great quiet, very clean place with some terrific meals in the roadhouse.

The countryside around there is very green, with various desert flowers out, and some good stands of Desert Peas along the roadside.

Certainly my pick of the outback roadhouses, Thanks guys.. :oP

Andrew,

We did the same back in April, only planned for an overnight stay, but also stayed the extra, did you have a crack at the BIG breakfast?

Cheers....Browny

Thanks Andrew, we really appreciate the nice comments. :-) It's always good to see a happy punter, and it was a pleasure having you both here. I'm sure we'll bump into you again somewhere :-) and /i hope you enjoy the rest of your travels.
Cheers
Al and Serena.
