Eotrackme - iphone and ipad

I have just finished installing both units however on the profile page both devices are registered and visible but only the iphone is 'active'. The ipad is there but protected and it is not accessable.

Ken,
In the top right hand section of the map page only your active devices (devices with current data recorded) will be active. You can click on these active links to view the devices on the map.
