Is it possible to install
solar power and battery set up on existing van that only has 12v and 240v...We would have to get it done professionally as we are not up to that expertise..Any suggestions !

Yes Rhonda, so long as you have roof space for the panels and room and weight allowance for the batteries. Most solar systems run 12 v battery banks, although some are 24 v. With sufficient panels and batteries, you can run an inverter to plug in small 240 v appliances when away from mains power, although if setting up, get everything in 12 v.
