Hi Dazren, it's starting to sound serious, grinding sort of noise when travelling slow in first, crunches into second and you need muscles in ya poo to get it into 5th when cold, grinding noise is worse when cold also.

Geez cosie. you have had a bad run, where were you when you hit the chinaman ?? [ oops is that politicaly correct nowadays ] from what i read on these forums, gearboxes and clutches, are not like the robust, reliable ones we had in the old day's, being a 2008 model, isn't your colarado still basically the same as the Isuzu if so i thought they had a better reputation than that. especially with your injectors going as
well ??. Hope your run of bad luck has come to an end, good luck dazren

Your not wrong Dave, all started when we hit the NT had to get injectors replaced in
Darwin, up in Gove I ended up with a perforated ear drum, then the stub axel came a drift on the camper due to dodge welds and caused the thing to roll, the insurance has written it off, now the gearbox is giving me grief, like Ned said "Such is Life" will put me violin away now
Cheers
Cozzie
