The mozzies are out in force already here in Chinchilla and it is only very early into Spring.

I hope they haven't found Silverton yet or the nights are going to be a bit of a Pain hehehe

1 more day at work and we are off to Silverton for the Gathering :)

Cheers Kev

Kev,
I have it on good authority that those blood suckers you are experiencing are from the Gold Coast.

Have a good trip and glad to see you have a drivers licence.

RA,

I am hoping the roads are open by Tuesday next week as I may have to change my intended route there due to the roads being closed out in the Channel Country.

It is good to have my license back as well LOL Shame the work car hasn't been upgraded yet or I would be driving that out there instead of Darkie (gotta love a work fuel card ;)

Cheers Kev

Kev,
meet a couple of guys in Marree that were flying around the inland country in a light plane. They told me that they needed fuel at the corner store and their plane could run on avgas or unleaded. They then parked the plane beside the corner store pumps and filled her up. That would have opened a few eyes.

Have a good trip
