hi all

our van came with a delkor dc27 calcium battery 80 a.h. and i was hoping to increase capacity by conecting another in parallel, but cannot find a supplier for delkor around adelaide.
so if i purchase another brand calcium battery 80 a.h. will this be ok?
they will be charged by a c-tek 15000.
or does anyone know of a supplier around adelaide? thanks. phil

The Delkor won't last long as you cannot make a deep cycle battery in calcium. Best option is to fit a 150Ah single battery.

the battery is only 12 mths old so i didn't wish to replace it,just thought it would be preferable to use same brand to increase capacity.
