Anyone happen to know the normal 'ignition off' battery current for a Diesel 100 series LC?

All vehicles need to have a battery amperage draw with every thing turned off
of less than 0.1 of an Amp

Yes but mine seems to flatten the battery after just a few weeks of sitting and I thought it may have some sort of problem. It draws about 65mA when off.

If you dont drive the L/C that much disconnect the battery between uses,or do as OZHUMVEE suggest with your amp meter inline pull the fuses out one at time to see when you lose this last 65mA you will find it is probable the memory back up power for the clock. So you may be able to leave this fuse out all the time, thus fixing the flat battery problem when L/c parked for long time.

Accessories are the usual culprit, try disconnecting the stereo, clock and anything electrical added to the standard wiring one by one to isolate which one is causing the problem.
Sometimes dual battery isolaters can have a high drain if faulty.
DC to DC chargers will also pull enough current over a few weeks to totally flatten the batteries.
