Hi Mills5
Try Earthcruiser in Qld. They will be able to help you out, or at least point you in the right direction. They'll probbaly give you lots of other ideas for suspension etc too.

Steve,
get onto... www.expeditionportal.com/forum.....scroll down to expedition campers...click onto the heading: Mitsubishi Heavy Trucks. There is a wealth of information to be found re. Canters. Have a look at " fuso 4x4 rebuild" by a bloke called alan he posted about 16" singles.
Become a forum member and you can send PM's direct to alan.
Regards
Adrian

All Terrain Warriors in Yandina Qld can supply 8 1/4" x 19 1/2" rims to suit which will accomodate 285 or 315 x 19 1/2" tyres that will have the load capacity required.
I run 305R70/19.5 XDE2 Michelins on the OKA. They have been spectacilar.

Cheers,
Peter

Never had a problem getting the 305 Michelins from truck tyre dealers.
There are several brands that have 285s including Khumo and Toyo, but the 305s will give a better ride on lousey roads.
