Hello all,
New member to this terrific
forum so be gentle!!
I've got a 2yr old Paradise caravan that's travelled about 6000ks, always on sealed roads.
While looking at the roof I noticed that the exterior cladding (standard type not smooth sandwich type) has become loose and is bulging up in
places. You can easily push it down but it just pops back up when released. It's as if the cladding has separated from the framework.
The problem does not appear to be causing any structural problems but I guess in time all the movement while travelling may affect the weather seal.
Is this common ? Do I need to fix it ? How do I fix it.

Mate,
It's quite a common occurance cuased by the massisve expansion and contraction of the alum sheet between hot and cold weather and/or poor fitting.
Forget Paradise Vans for a fix, as they went belly up last year.
Unless it's causing a porblem such as leaks, just live with it.
Ozjohn.

Thanks ozjohn0,
You are absolutely correct.
We have been in 31+ degree heat and it's the first time I've noticed the effect. I checked the roof early this morning when cool and the cladding was in place and tight once again.
Thanks for your insight.
