Hi there, we have an engel 60l combi (separate fridge/freezer sections) and the freezer is icing up! the ice is mainly at the top and coming out from under the plastic lid which sits on the freezer! is this normal and should i turn it off for a few days to defrost? we have it running 24/7 in the garage with icypoles in the freezer and drinks in the fridge!
Also, it has not done much time in the car, and when i checked on it tonight, the lcd display is not working, the fridge is about 3-4 years old, can this be fixed?
thanks, shannon

Check your manual,( can't locate
mine at present) as I recall there is either 1 or 2 small button batteries that run the display. For memory you need to undo a few screws around the grill near the temp control to get at the batteries. I had to do
mine a yr or so back. Maybe also worth turning it off for a day or so to defrost it and clean it out.
