Image Could Not Be Found Been a great year for orchids and we have found many.This one is the
forrest mantis.Ignore the name at bottom of photo actually loaded the wrong one.Will load some more when i figure out how to downsize.Anyone have any help in that regard.

That's a good size for viewing the flower Graeme. We have many exquisite orchids in our SW bush, and they can be quite elusive.
If you want to shrink the photos, any photo editor will let you resize, eg the one that comes with Windows. Otherwise there are many freebies such as Easy Thumbs that you can select the size and do a group of photos at once. Another trick is to try your email programme - if you attach full sized photos and go to send, most will ask if you want to shrink the photos - then save the shrunk ones back to your hard drive.

Hi Graeme
I have been out to my favourite little spot just out of
Clare where I live. Have been out for the last 3 weekends getting as many images of
wildflowers as I can, as I will be putting up a Blog on them very soon. The Orchids have started to come out in full force as from today's visit, and there are dozens of the little fellows out. The species that is in full force is Caladenia tensa. I just could not stop taking photos of them and here are some images of them. W
