Especially the last part, amazing where people went without 4 wheel drive, not too many people would take your 4x4 over the edge.
Watch until the end.

hi guzzi
thats an excellent look into the past of the t -model ford
it reminded me of my grandfather he bought a brand new 1928 oldsmobile tourer for 328 pounds and use to drive along the
holland track after it was put through regulary in all months of the year from
ravensthorpe to
coolgardie and return and sometimes would be bogged and or stranded for several days if it rained but he always got through he would cut gimlet sticks with his axe and lay them across the wheel tracks on the bad sticky clay sections in order to improve and make it more drivable each trip there after
now days people dont go through the
holland track w.a unless they have there big flash 4wds with offrd tyres
the oldsmobile had 21x4.5inch 6ply balloon tyres rear wheel drive and 3 speed gearbox
how times and attitudes have changed
cheers barry

Did I see some RHDrive models and then from another door out came some LHDrive models?
The export market was strong then too.

Sorry Guzzi, but you shouldn,t believe everything you see on you-tube.
How is it possible for a vehicle to go
places like that model t? I believe that unless you have a turbo charged diesel motored, 4wd, rear view camera equipped, locking diffs, 35 inch tyres, independent
suspension, 3 radios, 2 gps units, 2 laptops, 250 litres of fuel, satphone,, 2 snatchem straps, winch,
snorkel and travel in a convoy you could not possibly go off road on a dirt track.
Next you,ll be telling me man landed on the moon.
cheers

You would have to air your tyres down as
well :-)
