Hi all back from the US yesterday - still jet lagged and not fully back into the swing but I have found and fixed the system pause problems.
The pause was being caused by the
Blogs via email system, we have a number of people using this system and I had a small problem that when an iPad sends in a blog update with attached photos it adds a few strange attachments to the email. These attachments caused my blog read process to crash and this in term caused the system to pause.
So the good news is that two little problems are now fully resolved and
blogs vai email is working 100% and there will be no site pauses.
Enjoy,
David

Di, Easy we blogged it all - just need to add photos to the last few
blogs and add a bit more text but it is happening at the moment.
Click on the little MyBlog in the signature below - there are currently 14 blog entries and two more to go.

I'm especially glad you fixed that because my 95 yr old father is going to follow my
blogs for the next month. He has a iPad and I will be uploading with my iPhone. He can no longer travel with us and likes to follow our EO Trackme map, and the
blogs with photos. This is a great facility. Thanks for your good work!

Hi David
Is this related with the issue of not being able to alter the wording on images in
Blogs. I have been in contact with Adele and she is aware of the Problem.
Sounds like you had a fantastic time away.
Cheers
Stephen

Stephen,
This issue should now be resolved - this was a security problem when checking that you owned the image you were changing the details of. System Admins bypas the check hence it works for us but was not working for any users. Can you please test this and advise.

Hi David
Your blood is worth bottling. I have just edited one of the pictures in my latest Wildflower
Blogs from Spring Gully and it works a treat.
Thanks for your time in fixing that issue. It would be moments like this that I bet you wish you were still away on holidays.
Regards
Stephen
ps
re the above about the Wildflower system, that would be great and Val would be the lady to talk to about setting it up. I make no secret here on the
forum that Val has helped me out many times in identifying many
Wildflowers and her knowledge is an asset to this site.

You've got it!!!! Only difference between the above image and the emailed one is trivial - the above image is centred in the frame, the emailed one is aligned with the top of the frame. I'll email a screen shot.
Cheers

Hi David,
Sorry about this but I still have not worked out how to add pictures to 'My Gallery'.
Some time back you said you were working on it, just wondering if this has been resolved.
