Hi All,
Looking at utes as my 2 suzzies are just not big enough, engines are to small to tow a trailer and are getting old for longer trips.
I want to try and keep the weight down to a minimum as I would like to flat tow it behind a bus. (original reason for the suzzies).
I have been looking at MITSUBISHI TRITON CLUB CAB, does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with these?
Would there be any others you think would perform much better for O/R touring?
Never owned a ute before, so thanks for any thoughts
Rgds
Ian

If you can find a Rodeo with the 2.8 td in it go for it. Theses motors have been known to do up to 700000ks, but are becoming sought after. This motor was superceded about 2003 for memory and good one4s sell for about $10000 to $12000.
Cheers Pete

well. Had 2 Jackaroo previously, happy with both

Thanks Nick,
Noticed you get a newer/less km in the Triton compared to the Holdens/Toyota.
Son had a 2wd triton that didn't miss a beat for the 3 years he owned it. I suspect your right it will come down to the deal
