Fitting in dash gps/dvd to dmax

Hi all I am contemplating fitting a gps/ cd in the dash of my dmax. I was told i need to get a special surround to make it fit. Has anyone had any experience in fitting these.The Colorado has a smaller opening than my Dmax

Not sure whether you're looking for info or a source of the fascia, but there's one
