Has anyone got any feedback on one of these tents?

I know they haven't been around very long but was hoping for some info on them.
Cheers Dave

I can't give you any info on that tent, but I can say Snowy's is a very good shop. Very reputable! I would not hesitate to buy anything from them, in deed I've bought heaps from them. Also, they have a membership card that offers a discount on all purchases.

They look like nice tents, is the Pro version heavier duty fabric?

I don't know anything about them but noticed them in Anaconda's online catalog. And Anaconda is having a 25% off everything sale at the moment.

Gidday

Appears to be another copy of the Black Wolf Turbo range. Obviously the Black Wolf design was not as patented as their advertising says .. or the Black Wolf lawyers never worked for Apple.

Should be OK but as a Black Wolf owner i have checked out the Oztent and Oztrail copies and first impression was the poles were a bit lighter and the hinge in the folding mechanism not as sturdy.

Cheers

Yep, if you want the best...blackwolf is the way to go. Don't think I'd ever have anything else.

Can't fault my Blackwolf 2.4 Turbo lite that I take for my mate to use. Quick to put up, well finished and packs away easily.

we just bought 2, one is a speedy 2 man and one is a malamoo. About $150 to $180 They are fantastic for what they are. Light, sturdy, waterproof, easy. Got the idea last weekend on a Kimberley Karavan weekend end away and we will use them for our kids to sleep in while we have the comfortable bed in the Karavan hahaha. Apparently everyone uses them in the Simpson Desert as it's difficult to tow a trailer in parts. I believe they are really fantastic to get out there with ease and be one with nature. We also have two black wolf turbo tents which we have used on many trips and they are great, but for short trips it's hard work lifting them onto the roof rack. Same as Oz tent.. heavy. In a way the simpler the better. Happy traveling.
