Hi All,

We saw a episode of Mercurio's Menu last night on Fox about the area around Alice Springs they featured a segment on Ooraninna Station which we found very interesting. I have been trying to find more information about it today but most of the threads or links that come up in the search dont work. The only information that I can find is that one of the owners passed away in an accident earlier this year.
dose anybody have any information or know of a link that still works.

Hi

Try Google (using "Ooraminna")

I sent one final shout after him to stick to the track, to which he replied “All right,” That was the last ever seen of Gibson - E Giles 23 April 1874

Gday not sure what sort of info your after........its part of a working Cattle Station owned by the Hayes.........I didnt see the show but Id say the bit they showed was the filmset for the Drovers Boy" by Ted Egan. Its opened for meals and accomadation and is used a lot for weddings Christmas breakups and functions.
