Element replacement Swift 500 series stove

Any clues on how to replace the element in the above stove in our Paramount van?? It is the common set up with 3 x gas and 1 x electric.

Have changed a few elements in domestic electric stoves, and they just unplug at the rear of the element. BUT can't remember if you have to lift the splash plate under the pot stands or not?
Also the elements I changed were the coil type ones, not full hot plate types. There were 2 or 3 prongs on the plug, and it just sloted into a socket below the splash plate.
