Mine is about two years old and has just come back from Hema in
Brisbane for the second time. It was replaced with an identical unit which they say is new. Two new models have been released after
mine and I told them if it has to be replaced I would pay the difference for the latest model. No way would they do that , just too hard.
I can't complain about the service though.
My friend who bought his within the same week as I did but lives in
Geelong has sent his back as it will not keep way point changes in the memory.
So service is no problem and upon getting it back the upload the latest mapping updates and save all your trips and way points etc.
