Anyone travelled on the diamantina devellopement road recently? What are the road conditions like at the moment between bedourie and boulia ?

Any problems with towing a conventional caravan on this route - obviously dependant upon conditions at the time?

The road end of July was good.Boulia to Birdsville is about 80% black top. RoadBirdsville to Windorah all gravel to hiway 109 km from Windorah. There were three vans 20 to 24 foot normal road vans. No trouble low speed and tyre pressures. two days Birdsville to Windorah. For up to date road info follow link...
