Today nissan told me my boost pressure solonid has been removed and my turbo lookks like its had the... oil leaking out , bad or lack of power
Why would you remove this, ??? And what effect would it have upon motor??
Has anyone done this before and why would you???
Would its removal stuff other parts of the engine or not???
Nissan are voiding my warranty to engine and or turbo damage due yto its removal???Prior to my ownership it has had 2 injection pumps within 8 days blown intercooler hose- engine changed and a turbo replaced and now its dead again??
And now they want to void my warranty-rest assure everyone will now about this story when Im finished after that history-NOT HAPPY!!!!

Sounds like you have bought somebody elses troubles after tinkering. Looks like the previous owner(s) has been fooling with the motor before you had it.
I would hazzard a guess that the "boost pressure solenoid" monitors the amount of turbo boost and perhaps dumps pressure if overboosting. If this failed to dump pressure, motor power would be great, until it went bang!!!
Not knowing all the story and its histroy, it is hard to make a judgement about Nissan voiding the warranty. Its hard to expect Nissan to warrant the motor if this "critical" part is missing. Or, did some Nissan techo forget to put it back from a previous motor swap?
Either way, very hard to know what happened exactly as it now has a new owner who also doesn't know either. Can even be the cop "service dept" experimenting with how much they can boost an engine (you did say earlier it was ex-cop?)
Its horror stories like this that makes me glad I bought my GU 3.0TD new. At least I know the service history and have a warranty to fall back on.
Perhaps another approach is try and get Nissan to come to the party more as a goddwill gesture as it seems they have a good leg to stand on to void your warranty. Did you buy through a Nissan dealer? Was the vehicle checked by a mechanic prior to purchase. These are the avenues that you may need to try given your situation now.
I hope it is resolved in your favour

How long ago did you purchase it? Was it a private sale?

Mate could be anything from the seller not wanting the turbo light to be on when he sold it to the last new motor not getting it by accident. One things for sure, these motors have a bad reputation for going bang....let me guess....hole inthe piston.??
