Hi, we are planning to travel from Benambra to
Tom Groggin via Davies Plain in Dec/Jan. I see that there are older posts on the route. Does anyone have any recent information on the condition of the tracks up that way since the winter?

Just got back from the High Country early due to alot of rain. They have had a heap of rain over the past couple of months and as a result there are a lot of
tracks closed due to flood damage.
We were supposed to come home via davies high plain however due to more rain our trip was cut short.
I would probably check with DSE to see what roads are closed.
Bluff track is closed between 16 mile jeep which is a major route on the western side of the high country. I didn't check davies high plain as it was out of the question with all the rain.
If they have no more rain it should be fine by then.
