Justin
Hi all,
I've decided to ditch the rest of the family for christmas and go
camping over the christmas long weekend. I was wondering if anyone know if the Alpine or
Snowy River National parks will be overly busy over the christmas period? I've also heard
Mitchell River national
park is good but I'm not too sure if you can fish there.
Cheers,
Justin

Just remember that after last year there may
well be a bit of fallout from the fires with lots of
tracks closed. Other than that enjoy - a great place to visit no matter what time of the year. rgds

Will it be busy?? Most of the tracks only opened again in Nov, people are itching to wheel again, adn the toorak brigade will be out as they are every Xmas....
The better tracks like Mt Stirling etc, arent open yet due to fires and snow still, so will it be busy?
like a 1 legged man in an arse kicking competition..
Good luck finding space where there isnt others
