We are in Perth and trying to source an extra door for the passenger-side of a 3-seater Troopy. Can anyone help with information on providers of this modification please?

Hi Lynette,

you may want to have a look at this blog form member Trouper. He whacked a third door in his troopy and it appeared to be a nice job by all accounts. It's somewhere for you to start.

Hi,
I've seen a couple fitted by TL Engineering in Perth, looked a pretty good set up but won't be cheap.
Again google is your friend for more info.

Disco.

ps it's a big job you have to strengthen the vehicle after you cut a hole that big in it best left to the pro's

Laingly Engineering did the cab extension on my now rather elderly Cruiser trayback.
A good professional job done some 15 years ago and still no rust, leaks or cracks and yes the old girl has done her share of outback travel.
I saw a Troopy in a car yard with a third door and had to have a look just out of curiosity. I don't know who did the job, no modification plate, but it looked literally as if they had cut the side out with an axe.

No affiliation with Laingley just a happy customer

Cheers
