Hello everyone
I am hoping that some one out there will be able to help me, I have just bought a new Patrol and just finished loading up with all the needed bits. My question is I now have the fridge in the rear and was looking to buy some sun shields for the side windows and the rear doors. I think there is a company in QLD that make them but I can not remember there name. Can anyone out there help me ???
Vern

Hi Vern
Dont know the supplier, but I made my own. I just bought 3 sunshades from THINGZ, some suction cups from ebay and a cheap eyelet kit. Cost about $20 all up,
Alan

G/Day Vern
We have a 40 litre Engel in the back of the Patrol it is on 24/7.
It has an Engel Insulated Fridge Cover, it does the job quite
well.
No need to block out the rear windows.
Cheers

Hi Vern
I have solarscreen shades on my patrol and find them excellent in keeping sunlight and heat out.If you don't mind not being able to see out the back windows i'm sure you will like them too.I have cargo barrier with barrier organiser for the kids and fridge on drawers in the back plus half the house so vision is pretty much blocked any way. Also stops unwanted eyes from seeing in.The company were good to deal with also.
Cheers Stu.

Made my own from the cheap windscreen sunscreens from a dollar and sense
shop. $2 each with 2 suction caps, bought about 16 sets and made sunshields for nearly all windows at the back as
well as one to go across the windscreen to block the sun out from the gaps behind the sunvisors when they are down. Took a couple of hours all up and a hole punch for the holes and all good. Have used them a few times and for the cost they are great. I used 5 suction caps per sun shield at the back and I tuck the shield down behind the plastic panels a little as
well so it looks a bit neater.
crd.
