Can anyone give me any suggestions of how best to repair a red Opposite Lock 40 litre
water bladder? It has sprung a leak on the seam of the black insert.
Thanks

A Vinyl welder may do it.
Awning and Blind makers have em.

Did Opposite Lock offer any wisdom? They may be able to return it to the manufacturer for repairs.
Cheers Mick

Waiting on an email from them but I have it for 10 years so can't complain about the service. I'll see what they say.
Thanks

Hi Adey,
Get a couple of bits of ss say 25 x 50 mm. On one bit weld two 4 mm studs 20 mm long. drill two holes in the other plate to suite the studs.
Cut two bits of rubber to fit the studs.
Put one rubber gasket over the studs , slit the bladder enough to fit the plate internally. You should be able to hold the plate ok from outside the bladder. Put some silicone on the bits, put on the external gasket and plate and bolt together.
That's how I fixed many a
water bed in the good old days.
