Your lucky I can't even get
mine out!!
The carbon build up must have clogged the threads in the combustion chamber.

Try running the engine till it is hot then get them out , you will have to take every thing off when hot , bit of a pain but that will help.

Cheers I''l have to try that it's a constant very tight pressure on them to undoo. Don't want to risk it when there that tight.

Make sure that when you loosen them that you ease them each way a little as you remove them, otherwise you will probably bring the thread out with them.

Yeah I tried that Shaker as you do to loosen bolts so as not to break them tighten them up loosen with plenty of lube Etc.
But it was just as tight both ways which is the real concern as it might be comming out but cross threading on the way back in.
Unfortunately the jobs on the back burner for the moment so many other things to take care of for the moment. The car still runs fine but it's the valve guide seals I need to replace there a tad smoky on start up.
Cheers.

There is a product made by Wurth called "Rost Off"
Grab a can of this and remove your spark plug leads and spray it down the tubes. Leave it a while and give it another spray. In about a week give them a try. You might have to unscrew them a bit, give them a spray, screw it back in then out and continue to repeat this till the rost off gets down into the thread.
They should come out.

Rost Off is one of the best products for any stuck, seized or rusted objects.

Serioulsy..I swore off champion spark plugs years ago, the quality simply isn't there in my opinion.
I will only use NGK or Nipondenso.....I wont even put a champion in my mower.
As far as getting spark plugs stuck...these days I put neverseeze on just about everything including spark plugs and glow plugs.
cheers

Never had this in me life happen on spark plugs.
Cheers.

Historically Champion plugs have been very hard on aluminium cylinder heads as they don't have a rolled thread.
I used to race Formula Vees & Champion plugs were taboo!
