You're right about the quality. I've had a navy and a khaki for about 4 years and they are as good as the day I received them. Great for travelling. I just rinse the shirt out in the evening and hang it up to dry on a coathanger, ready for next morning.

But ... why do polos not have pockets?? Where do people put their specs, pen, notebooks?

I will NOT buy a polo without a pocket, as I then have to find someowhere else to put the reading glasses when walking, or the distance specs when reading a map.

Please??? a design with pockets and I'm there!

johnat.....my navy EO polo has a very beautiful, well made and extremely useful pocket, however I don't use the pocket, so it is a bit of a waste LOL but the shirt is just the best :-)

My khaki one does not, but that doesn't worry me, as I wear my specs full time, and I don't carry pens and notebooks or any other crapp which is required to be kept in a polo pocket. I think it looks kinda more stylish without the pocket. After all it is a shirt, not a saddlebag.

Have a good one.
