Hi all
Hope every one has a safe happy and healthy New year.
bought a gas conversion for my weber a few weeks ago .I just can't seem to get it to turn down low enough. It burnt the top of the Xmas ham and it was turned down as low as it would go.To
cook on high is like a crematorium.
Could it be the gauge thats shot but that was new as
well
Thanks Mi Missis Mi Mad Dog n Me

Has it got a regulator? If so it may be allowing too much pressure to the burner
