Is it just my puter or is exploreoz not sending a cookie anymore? I used to be able to open exploreoz and be logged on as a visitor automatically, however recently I was cleaning up the hard drive on my puter (including cookies etc) and now I have to log in each time....no big deal really...just curious...
Cheers

If you have a firewall make sure the session cookies are enabled.

Problem I have is when I hit POST REPLY, it pops up with the logon window, and enter name and PW, then hit LOGON.

THe next window that pops up is the reply window, in that window there is no sign of the previous post, etc etc, and when you fill it in adn hit POST.. It doesnt.
You have to go back 3 screens and hit POST REPLY again, and all is fine....

Yeah...same for me...I get the Logon again occasionally...then it is quiet for a while. When I have posted I get the same reversal of windows opening.

Site is slow today again...see there are 341 accessing EO at present....probably thats why things are slow.

Having our annual Xmas Pary today......a broad spectrum of guests...missus has been cooking since yesterday and sending me on errands everywhere.

We had some performance issues Sat afternnon and Sun AM. There was a small bug in my latest news process and this was throwing a script error on the system. I have now fixed this and it has come back to normal.Regards

Truckster,

Could you please email me the issue again - I am not 100% sure which email to look at. I may have missed the problem. I will fix it if I can find it!Regards

We have moved the site around a few servers latley and this is why you need to reset your session cookies - basically logon again.

For the others that seem to indicate they are taken back to logon this will be due to session timeout. Just enable autologo and all will be well as the system will process your logon request before anything else is done on the site.Regards

Hi David,
"reset your session cookies"
Session cookies? Are they the ones in the 'cookies' folder? If so how do I reset them? I run WindowsME. As far as I know I don't have a firewall...I know I haven't installed one...all the other cookies came back straight away (ebay etc) except exploroz. I check this site usually at least once a day, and have to log on each time now. Perhaps its time to reformat!!

Thanks in advance for any help :-)
