After installing any performance enhancing equipment I would want to embark on a regular used oil testing programme to ensure that my engine isn't suffering from abnormal wear or am I being pedantic?

A little more info required, is this a new or used vehicle, age ,mileage accessories to be fitted. If it is late model, low mileage.... Possibly a little over the top.... Just keep up the regular serviceing & filter changes
