Truckster,
Make sure you keep the GQ just in case, for that price I would suspect petrol, usually people mention diesel in the ad because it's a selling feature. Have it for a while, you'll be back back from the other side before you know it..... lol Keep the shiny side up

Dear Bruce,
As I've had to explain to others, I was made an offer I couldn't refuse, I dearly miss the simplicity of my GQ right now, so far so good the GU has been fine and I'm impressed with one I've done, nowhere near the flexibility of the GQ, but coming to terms with all the electronical bits will take a bit of time. After selling the vehicle it yook a whle to get released from the doghouse seeing we signed our wedding vows on the bonnet of the old GQ, I'm hoping the GU will also have some great landmarks, I'm sure it will and they will all be good.
Anyway you can talk, Landcruiser at least I stuck with the Nissan marque, don't try and get out of this, it's your post and you're the one talking about a L/C, don't worry I got a fine at our 4WD club for the purchase, it's alright, I like it, goes
well and it looks like it's had all the ;ittle "problems" sorted so it should be good for many a kilomete. I'll keep you aware of any little issues and progress. Merry Xmas and a happy new year, all the best. Bruce Keep the shiny side up
