Has anyone been to this
camp site recently and if so what were the track conditions like. Would it be possible to take in a Jayco off road camper trailer? Cheers

We camped on the edge of the Dartmouth at the next track north, past Greens Ck. Mining area 2 weeks ago with c/t.shady but tight,
We were advised track into Eustace had been graded all the way which was obvious as we had to turn off onto a "rougher" track. They mentioned Eustace had a large
camping area but no shade.
Cheers

Many thanks for your advice,
John. Hope you don't mind another two questions. Could you launch a small dinghy at Green's Creek mining area or is it two steep. We have a small porta boat and just how tight is it? Would it fit two campers and vehicles? Cheers Kerry

Yes, you could move a few logs to launch your boat on the track which dissappears into the
dam. The track is overgrown in parts, quite steep with some loose rocks so only a vehicle width camper will fit. Are you familar manually operating electric brakes on steep descents?
There is a small area 40m back up from the water where you could just fit your rigs, albeit with some levelling.
A
great camp not used often with plenty of shade.
Cheers
John
