Hi Humpback, we have the little bulldog model (no suspension) and have carted it around on the back of our caravan on many trips. I am happy with the way it does it's job but find it a bit cumbersome/heavy. I think it weighs in at around 69kg including the mounting bracket which had to be taken into account when putting it on the rear bar. Also the wheels don't come off for storage like some which makes it a bit hard to mount it without the mounting bracket . While I like the bulldog I think I would like to try some of the others.

There are a lot of folding trailers available and Google will lead you to them but I have listed a link below on the Almac ones which are made in Bundaberg. (No association - bought a roof rack boat loader from them).

I got a Flip in Easy for Christmas. Love it! Fits on the van very easily and is quite capable of handling day trip distances, we did a 100 k with it one day, travelled like a dream. Made in Brisbane, great guys.
