Question: Central NSW Road Conditions

Thunderbolts way - can any locals advise on the condition from Uralla to Gloucester? We were scheduled to that run Monday 6/2/12 but you blokes have copped a bit of rain! We'keeping an eye on NSW transport sites but local knowledge would be appreciated.

Dunno bout Gloucester? but Uralla to Bundarra is definetly shut, road floods at Torryburn.

Not heard of any problems to the east, all the traffic problems are on the western side of the divide, which unusually received more rain.

No Problems Uralla to Gloucester just a few pot holes, Gloucester to Tarree or Nabiac even more pot holes but not sure of Bucketts way south but it should be fine except for pot holes

That will give you State wide information.

I worked in the Traffic Management Centre last night for the SES.
I was impressed by the amount of data that arrived in the TMC from Police, Councils, and locals, and how quickly it was put on the website.

Also if you need info give them a call on 132701 and they can discuss road conditions with you, and generally even know the best place to get the updates.

Very professional lot.
